Verrückt is originally a game made in Java, with a team of 3, for my high-school diploma. By keeping the controller made for the occasion and the basis of the puzzles and the story, I remade the start of the game on Unity.

It is a puzzle game mixing the virtual and the reality because it comes with a controller built for the game, which allows you to move and interact with the environment, but which also contains all the clues allowing you to solve the puzzles. Without the unique controller, you can't beat the game.

The dialog system was done using an XML document, the sound is handled by a Unity Audio Mixer and some of the graphics, like monitor screens, were done using Unity's Shadergraphs. Most of the 3D objects were made with Probuilder. Camera movements and changes were made with Cinemachine.

If you want to test the game, you can download the build .zip  here, or by clicking on the video in the gallery, then by clicking on the link.

With an Xbox controller, you can navigate in the environment and in the main menu but you will NOT be able to enter the code to exit the room. Once in the room, press "Esc" to exit the game.
